E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, commonly known as DuPont, the bunyanesque for chemical and industrial products and Ansell, a top glove manufactured collude together to develop new hand protectors with the use of Kevlar, which is used popularly in military equipments.
The Kevlar gloves that will be produced by these leading companies will be included to Ansell’s ActivArmr series which is comprised of safety gears that are used for construction, HVAC and plumbing, military and general contractors.
The main material that will be used which is Kevlar will be added with other superior products such as the ultra-lightweight steel-containing yarn that has been developed by DuPont to produce better-quality materials to workers.
This new product from DuPont and Ansell features the new Intercept Technology that features a thin, 18-gauge design that will make the gloves lighter in weight and can provide more comfort to the workers. (PRA)
