Datwyler has agreed to sell its subsidiary Reichelt and its affiliated businesses to Invision. Reichelt made CHF 188.8 million in 2020 in online distribution of electronic components. The contract is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2021, assuming that all of the regular completion requirements are met. The parties have agreed not to discuss the transaction in detail.
