Continental Corporation is joining the IAA 2015 Careers Week at Frankfurt, Germany on September 21 to 25.

Continental’s executive members will be giving talks about different topics. Some focus on the achieving zero road accidents and clean air through fewer emissions.

“As a top employer, we are working on the crucial topics for tomorrow’s mobility. Anyone wanting to get involved with this topic is in the right place with us. Our employees can save lives by making our “zero accidents” vision a reality. And by implementing the vision of lower emissions, they are contributing to cleaner air worldwide,” explains Dr Ariane Reinhart, Continental’s executive board member for HR.

Other topics are more employment-related: the future of the world of work; the issue “Do we want a human being, or just an operative?”; strategic HR development; and corporate culture and Continental’s values.

The company is looking for new blood to join their team, but also welcomes visitors to join their talks.

The company’s booth also has Q&As, discussion groups, and training sessions on online profile analysis, business etiquette, and intercultural training.
