Pirelli takes pride that most of the winners in the recently concluded Grand Prix of Lombardia in Mantova, Italy were sporting Pirelli tyres.
Romain Febvre leads the MXGP class with 101 points and just three Grand Prix left on the championship. Febvre used the Scorpion MX Soft 410 120/80-19 rear and the Scorpion MX32 80/100-21 front.
Max Ansie used the Scorpion MX32 80/100-21 front and Scorpion MX SOFT 410 110/90-19 rear rubber to win in the MX2 class. Ansie climbed thirds place in the overall standings.
Tim Gasjer and Paul Jonass used the same set of tires as Ansie and finished second and third in the MX2 respectively. Jonass is still leading overall, with just four points over Gasjer.
The Grand Prix continues next week in Assen, Netherlands. The last two rounds will then be held in Mexico and the US.
