The Bridgestone NCR Co., Ltd. (BSNCR) now produces conveyor belts in their factory in Rayong, Thailand. BSNCR is a subsidiary of the Bridgestone Corporation. The first shipment from Rayong was sent to Laem Chabang Port in Chonburi Province, Thailand.
The Rayong facility already produces hoses, anti-vibration rubber products, and seat pads before expanding to conveyor belts.
The 154,000 sqm facility is the BSNCR’s second belt factory, the first one being in Yokohama, Japan. Conveyor belts produced by both facilities will be sold to mining, steel, and electric power companies in Australia, the Americas and Asia.
