As Thailand’s leading and most successful tire manufacturer, Vee Rubber exhibited at Reifen Show 2014 not only to announce the impending introduction of an all-new winter tire collection, but also to seriously enhance the company’s increasing market present on the global stage, with particular emphasis on Europe.
I chatted with Vee Rubber Managing Director Mr. Vitorn Sukanjanapong and European Sales and Marketing Director Darren Duguid, and it was pointed out that the company is actively looking towards further increasing its ongoing progress in the European and U.K. tire markets as much as possible.
Darren says, “Being at the show was a very significant statement from Vee Rubber endorsing our strong intention to effectively compete throughout Europe with immediate effect. We were actively looking to appoint equally ambitious distributors throughout the U.K. and Europe on either a regional or exclusive basis, as Vee Rubber intends to become a growing market player in this highly competitive sector.”
Vee Rubber’s manufacturing complex in Thailand is already in the process of expanding its ZR size range plus a number of PCR and high performance sizes, which, up to now, have been produced in V ratio and will now become available in W ratio throughout Europe. Darren concludes, “Europe is now a top priority in Vee Rubber’s increasing programme of international growth.”
