KOTTAYAM – The Rubber Board and the Agricultural Technology Management Agency have started an integrated programme for empowering the village level small grower organisations. The aim of the programme is to provide financial assistance for Rubber Producers’ Societies and Self Help Groups for implementing agricultural training programmes, study tours and demonstrations to imrpove the tehnical skills of small growers, an official release said recently. ATMA is functioning under the Department of Agriculture, Kerala and is aided by the centre.
