US rubber seals maker Precision Polymer Engineering (PPE) has opened its new test and customer support plant in Houston, Texas.
Established in 1974, the firm specialises in rubber seals for the pharmaceutical, oil and gas industry, mainly in the USA, France and Germany.
The newly inaugurated plant, which houses offices, meeting rooms, a material testing and analysis laboratory, warehousing, and a customer support centre, will provide a link between customer projects across the US, Canada and Europe and would bring significant technical and performance benefits to those operating in the global oil and gas exploration market from bases in Houston, said PPE.
