INDIA’s Finance Ministry has extended for another year the enforced anti-dumping duty on certain rubber chemicals, used in treating natural rubber and synthetic rubber-based compounds, from China and South Korea.
Anti-dumping duties for rubber chemicals MBT, CBS, TDQ, PVI, and TMT coming from China; and PX-13 (6PPD) from South Korea will be extended until 4 May 4 next year.
The extension is imposed following an appeal by the National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd (NOCIL)that a sunset review on these rubber chemicals be conducted.
