Hankook Tyres is all set for major expansion plans across UK through its Hankook Masters Programme.

The Hankook Masters Programme from Hankook Tyres is a unique retail and franchise development plan that has been designed to offer a pan-UK brand experience to customers. This move will allow Hankook Tyres to expand its independent retail customer base in the months to come and increase sales.

The initiative is part of Hankook’s larger expansion plans across Europe aimed at allowing the company to improve its offerings and meet customer expectations through greater consumer engagements. The company is also looking forward to enhancing its brand value and bettering its sales capabilities.

Hankook has New Franchise Development Manager

For the promotion of the brand and its new retail distribution goals, Hankook has appointed Nick Maltby as Franchise Development Manager for UK. Maltby has over 30 years of experience in the tyre industry and has been at the helm of large independent tyre retail chains in here. He will work in tandem with Hankook’s current Franchise Manager, Ben Francis, for the development of the brand and to add greater value through the Masters Programme.

Tony Lee, Managing Director, Hankook Tyres, said in a statement that the company was proud to have on board Maltby as its new Franchise Manager. He added that they positively hope to leverage his experience for the expansion of the Masters Programme across UK.

Lee further added that given his wide industry experience in tyre brands, Maltby will add value to the existing programme, expedite the retail expansion agenda and promote brand awareness.

Speaking to the media after his appointment, Maltby said that he would utilise his wide experience of independent tyre retailing to create a top-notch franchise programme for Hankook in order to cater to the needs of individual customers. Maltby is also looking forward to building Hankook’s services and boosting its sales in the coming months.

Promoting Excellence of Products through New Marketing Tools

Hankook’s marketing teams will identify all prime locations and retail chains across the UK, where its brand awareness and sales are high. Every retail unit, which is slated to work closely with Hankook in the following months, will engage more seriously with customers, create brand awareness and boost its sales.

As a part of this marketing plan, Hankook will create more spacious locations and change shop formats to give customers a greater scope to experience the brand and its offerings. The well-known tyre brand will also engage car dealers and buying groups to foster a distribution network that will be tailored to meet demands specific to the UK market.

This future-oriented distribution system will ultimately involve a huge number of distributors and specialised sellers across UK; the ones who have so long concentrated on other tyre brands. The company is also planning to streamline the entire retail experience for consumers through reduction in delivery time of products, providing maximum customer interface and increasing communication with local customers inside shops or retail units.
