Effective November 1, 2014 von Bronk Gummi- und Kunststofftechnik GmbH, Coesfeld will be a member of the Impreglon group. In the future von Bronk will complement the Impreglon coating range with rubber and polymer coatings for rolls and machine components.
Impreglon’s already existing distribution network and the know-how with hard metal, traction and anti-stick coatings now gives customers the opportunity to obtain rolls and machine components from one source for practically any field of application. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. With 36 plants in 15 countries on 4 continents, Impreglon is one of the global leaders in surface technology.
