GERMAN-owned Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions (FHCS), has acquired glove maker Ansell’s Marigold household glove and cleaning products business, which reportedly posts annual sales of around EUR17 million.
The deal entitles FHCS to own the global trademark rights for Marigold brand, as well as Ansell’s consumer household gloves business in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Hong Kong and Japan.
The undisclosed acquisition is expected to culminate this month.
