Belt Power, a full-service distributor and fabricator of belting and components for lightweight conveyor systems based in Marietta, Georgia, has completed the acquisition of Accurate Industrial Products, a Missouri-based fabricator and distributor of a wide range of lightweight belting products and services for more than 25 years.
Accurate provides services to a wide range of industries, including food processing, automobile and tyre manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, building products, and general industrial markets. Belt Power and Accurate have joined forces to create a powerful platform for delivering value-added solutions to customers across the country, leveraging Belt Power’s expanding footprint, fabrication capabilities, and technical sales organisation. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
