AUSTRALIA-headquartered glove and safety protection products manufacturer Ansell Limited, is fully acquiring Korean industrial gloves company, Midas. The Janggye, South Korean-based privately held company, founded in 1998, has posted current sales of approximately US$30 million yearly.
Midas, which manufactures and supplies knitted, cut resistant industrial gloves with expertise in polyurethane coatings and yarn wrapping, also has plant in Vietnam. It has been a supplier to Ansell for eight years.
