Yokohama’s European subsidiary officially opened a winter tyre development and testing center in Nattberg, Sweden, roughly 50 miles from the Arctic Circle. This is the most recent development in the expanding cooperation between Yokohama and Nordic tyre specialists Arctic Falls, which began about 10 years ago.
In practice, this means Yokohama signed a long-term contract with Arctic Falls for exclusive use of the facility during the winter season and that it is branded as Yokohama Test Center of Sweden.
