Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. has decided to establish a subsidiary company in Kyushu, Japan and transfer its automotive parts business in that region to the subsidiary.
Toyoda Gosei currently has three manufacturing plants in Kyushu (Fukuoka Plant, Saga Plant, Kitakyushu Plant). The business management of those plants will be transferred to the new subsidiary in order to speed up management decision-making and business execution in Kyushu and respond more rapidly to customer needs.
The new company is expected to be established in November 2018. It costs 10 million Yen and will be increased to 5.8 billion yen at the time of the business transfer in April 2019.
