Toyo Tire and Rubber Co, Ltd announced changes in their managerial and personnel lineup. Most changes were promotions and transfers within the company.
Sadao Ichihara is no longer Group Executive Officer for DT Business. He remains as Director Senior Corporate Officer/ Deputy General Manager (GM) of the Seismic Isolation Rubber Division.
Masaji Ishino is promoted from a Corporate Officer to Senior Corporate Officer/Group Executive Officer for DT Business.
Masao Takiwaki is now GM of the Legal Department, Compliance and Legal Center.
Tadashi Ogawa is named as a new corporate officer and will continue his former duties as DT Sales Division GM at the Automotive Parts Sales Dept. No. 2.
Toshihiro Fujiwara transfers from being GM of the Production Department, Kuwana Plant, Tire Production Division, to being GM of Tire Planning and Administration in the Tire Planning Division.
Hideo Tsunaka transfers from being GM of the Legal Department to GM of the Internal Audit Department.
The changes are effective starting 1 September, according to the tyre company.
