Safic-Alcan, a global specialty chemicals distributor, has set up a new partnership with mineral-based specialty solutions provider Imerys. This extended partnership covers France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain, and will be effective from January 2022 for rubber industries.
Safic-Alcan Group and Imerys have already had a long-standing and successful partnership in the cosmetics market for several countries, with this new agreement their distribution partnership is now extended to performance products applications. This new agreement is covering the distribution for rubber market for all mineral fillers, including: Kaolin, Talc, Carbonates, PCC, Mica, Diatomite, Perlite, Wollastonite.
Imerys adds that its extensive mineral portfolio provides a one-stop-shop solution for making everyday rubber stronger, lighter, more cost effective and sustainable.
