FRENCH tyre maker Michelin will set up a joint venture company with Double Coin Holdings and Shanghai Huayi to produce and market Warrior brand passenger car and light truck tyres for the Chinese market. Michelin will own 40% of the new company with rest to be taken up by its Chinese partners. It will operate a plant in Anhui Province.
