US tyre wholesaler K&M Tire has acquired tyre dealer Michigan Tire & Wheel , following the completion of the deal on December, 2012.
This is K&M’s third acquisition for 2012.
K&M will be servicing its new dealer customers from its existing warehouses in Detroit and Grand Rapids in Michigan.
Currently, the Ohio-based K&M operates 15 warehouses. Its 16th distribution facility located in the Minnesota state is under construction and is expected to begin operations early this year. (RJA)
