YOKOHAMA Tire has started up its facility expansion in Clark Freeport. Upon completion, the expansion will result in the capacity increasing to 17 million tyres/year by 2017 from the current 7 million tyres/year. The first phase of the expansion will be operational in 2013 and the expanded area will be fully utilised by 2014. (PRA)
