Jack Williams Tyre Co. has acquired Pittston Tyre and Auto Service in Pittson, Pa.
“I have decided that merging my operation with Jack Williams Tyre Company will benefit my long time, loyal customers and my hardworking and dedicated employees,” said Ed Grasavage, president and owner of Pittson Tyre.
Grasavage and his eight employees will remain on under new Jack Williams leadership. In the coming weeks, Jack Williams Tyre will gradually update and rebrand the Pittston location, it said.
With this acquisition, Jack Williams has expanded to 31 locations in northeastern and central Pennsylvania. – Tyrereview.com
