The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company added new tyres in their existing lines to cover more market segments.
Kelly Edge HP
Goodyear has rounded out its Kelly brand power line with the new Kelly Edge HP.
“The Kelly Edge A/S and the Kelly Edge AT are offered in a broad range of sizes to cover a large majority of the touring, passenger, CUV, SUV and all-terrain segments,” according to Jay Robinson, general manager, brand marketing, Goodyear. “The new Kelly Edge HP will do the same in the high-performance arena, with availability in 20 popular sizes, ranging from 195/55R15 to 245/45R18.”
The Kelly Edge HP is offered with a 45,000-mile limited tread life warranty.
Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3
Unveiled during this week’s Goodyear Dealer Conference, the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 is a premium, ultra-high performance summer tire that helps deliver commanding traction and precise handling in both wet and dry conditions.
“With an impressive OE fitment on the Motor Trend Car of the Year, the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro, the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 offers powerful, ultra-high performance handling for exceptional driving confidence,” said Jay Robinson, general manager, brand marketing, Goodyear.
Goodyear is currently offering the tire in six sizes, and will continue to expand the size range throughout 2016 to offer 19 sizes, from 205/40R17 up through 285/35R22.
Fuel Max RSA
The company also introduced a commercial truck tire for regional/long haul driving.
“The new Fuel Max RSA has been designed to deliver numerous benefits to help lower the operating costs of regional/long haul fleets that operate mainly on-highway and have some exposure to urban driving,” said Norberto Flores, marketing manager, Goodyear.
The Fuel Max RSA is available in size 11R22.5, Load Range G. Additional sizes – including 295/75R22.5 and 11R24.5 in Load Ranges G and H, and 11R22.5 in Load Range H – will be introduced in early 2016.
