ACCORDING to news reports, rubber producer Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Group is acquiring a 25% stake in Thailand’s third largest producer of natural rubber, Thai Hua Rubber, from its parent company, Lin Lisheng. The latter currently holds a 60% stake in Thai Hua Rubber, which produces around 39,000 tonnes/month of rubber. The company owns 12 rubber factories in Thailand.(PRA)
