China’s Ministry of Commerce has imposed temporary anti-dumping measures on nitrile rubber imported from South Korea and Japan from 16th July.
The Ministry says it will collect deposits ranging between 12 and 37.3% on imports of the rubber from South Korea. For rubber coming from Japan, it will collect deposits ranging from 18.1% and 56.4%.
Exporters to be impacted by the move include Japan’s Zeon Corp and JSR Corp. South Korean exporters named in the case include Kumho Petrochemical Co Ltd and LG Chem.
