BST eltromat to present in Tire Technology Expo 2016

BSTBST eltromat International will be presenting a number of intelligent innovations and time-proven solutions on its booth at the Tire Technology Expo 2016 on February 16 to 18, in Hanover,Germany.

The company’s products on show in Hanover will include its CCD CAM 100 high-performance camera, which has been further developed both for web guiding and for innovative inspection tasks.

A second highlight at the BST eltromat booth will be the latest options for 100% inspection of rubber webs – during production with the CS 200 inline profilometer, and offline with the CS 100 profilometer.

The third focus will be the solutions from BST eltromat for measuring the thickness and width of rubber webs, where the main emphasis will be on the CS 400 and CS 500 systems for the quality control of inner liners. The comprehensive portfolio for tire manufacturers at the Tire Technology Expo 2016 will be rounded off by the latest solutions for laser positioning in tire-building, using the LPS 100 and LPS 200 systems. The common feature of all the innovations is that they combine particularly convenient operation with high performance and great flexibility. In addition, all the new solutions can easily be integrated into existing production processes.

“From extrusion and curing, all the way to customer-specific automation of partial areas of production – for 20 years now, BST eltromat has been a strong and competent, global partner for all leading tire manufacturers, offering highly efficient and yet remarkably low-maintenance systems, especially for quality and process control. Our exhibition focuses at this year’s Tire Technology Expo are a clear indication that we’re consistently expanding and strengthening our good market position by introducing intelligent solutions that can be used very flexibly and are easy to operate,” says Torsten Probst, Senior Project Manager at BST eltromat, commenting on his company’s broad-based commitment at this leading event for the international tire industry.

Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Hamacher, Head of the Business Unit Tire of BST eltromat since February 1, emphasizes a further message that his company wants to communicate to the visitors to this year’s Tire Technology EXPO: “Above and beyond innovative technologies, we will be taking Hanover as an opportunity to underline the dedication with which we are constantly expanding our global sales and service infrastructure. In that respect, the focus will be on BST eltromat South East Asia Co., Ltd., the sales, services and engineering company we established in Bangkok in Thailand just recently.” As the new Head of the Business Unit Tire, it is particularly important to him to continuously improve the Business Unit’s proximity to its customers.
