Bluestar Silicones inaugurates R&D center in Seoul

Bluestar Silicones, a global integrated silicones leading manufacturer, hold today a grand opening of its new Research & Development (R&D) Center and office relocation in Seoul to further strengthen its presence in South Korea. This is the strategic continued expansion of Bluestar Silicones’ global competence network.

The new site, located in Pangyo Techno Valley, include a Research and Development (R&D) center and administrative office areas. The R&D center houses state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and technical expertise center to support the sales of solutions in the release coating, textile coating and sealing & bonding markets including innovative products for electronic/energy market management. “By working in close cooperation with Bluestar Silicones global competence network having its established laboratories and technical centers throughout China, Europe and America, the new Korea R&D Center is equipped with advanced testing application meeting global standards and guidelines to enable ongoing innovation.
