BIESTERFIELD Specialties Sarl France, the French subsidiary of Biesterfeld Spezialchemie GmbH, has acquired SMPC Production company located in Saint-Ouen Alms. The acquisition has taken effect from April 1, 2013.
Under the terms, the name and address of SMPC production remain unchanged.
SMPC Production is a transformer in the field of silicone elastomers and specialises in producing unique and specific products for its clients.
Thomas Arnold, CEO of Biesterfeld Spezialchemie GmbH says that the acquisition of SMPC Production will enable their company to “become the leader in silicone elastomers distributor in Europe”.
