THE Rubber Board has announced that it will hold a five-day training on the manufacture of latex-based rubber products slated from May 13 to 17 at the Rubber Training Institute in Kottayam. For a fee, the programme outlines rubber products that include production of thread rubber, rubber band, gloves, balloon and others.
