The deal, which was closed in late August this year, has led to the acquisition of Fluid Automation, a manufacturer of metering and dispensing equipments for LSR materials, on November 27.
According to the marketing manager of Graco’s Applied Fluid Technologies Division, Matt Kahle, “Graco plans to make substantial product, channel and manufacturing investments in the business.” (RJA)
