China-based Intco Medical has introduced Syntex, its patented synthetic disposable latex glove designed to replace natural latex in healthcare, food processing, and industrial settings. The gloves meet EN455, EN374, FDA, and EU CE standards, ensuring compliance and safety.
Syntex offers high elasticity, chemical resistance, and a latex-like feel—without the allergy risks of natural latex. Engineered with an innovative formula, the gloves stretch up to 650%, meeting ASTM D6319 standards for medical gloves and providing superior durability and comfort.
Free of natural latex proteins, Syntex also reduces environmental impact by cutting dependency on rubber plantations. This aligns with the EU’s Regulation on Deforestation-free Products (EUDR), which imposes strict traceability rules on supply chains. Since Syntex excludes EUDR-controlled latex sources, it simplifies compliance for global buyers.
With rising regulatory demands and unstable rubber supply chains, Syntex offers stable pricing and faster turnaround, supporting ESG goals and improving supply chain resilience.
Intco Medical Chairman Fangyi Liu said the launch reflects decades of innovation and responsible manufacturing, positioning Syntex as a new industry benchmark. With over 30 years of experience and a vertically integrated production model, Intco is the largest disposable glove producer in China and the world’s leading supplier of non-natural rubber gloves.
