Harke to distribute Reoil rCB/pyrolysis oil in Europe

Tyre pyrolysis equipment maker Klean Industries Inc says that Polish tyre recycler Reoil SP, which operates a Klean tyre pyrolysis technology, has entered into a partnership with Germany’s Harke Chemicals GmbH to distribute Reoil’s ReBlack recovered carbon black (rCB) and tyre pyrolysis oil (TPO) in Europe and the UK.

“Our vision at Reoil is to have a positive impact on the environment and create economic benefits,” says CTO Sebastian Zygmunt. “The collaboration with Harke Chemicals will help us make our products available to a wider customer base.”

This collaboration focuses on sustainability and the circular economy. These products, which are obtained from the recovery of end-of-life tyres (ELTs), offer environmentally friendly alternatives to conventional raw materials and help reduce waste and CO2 emissions.

By expanding the filler portfolio with Reoil’s ReBlack rCB a full range of ASTM carbon blacks, Austin Black 325 filler, and rCB can now be offered.

Harke Chemicals GmbH will work closely with Reoil and the new development partners to promote innovative solutions and the integration of recycled materials such as our R-DOTP plasticiser into existing product lines, the companies say.

“We fully share Reoil’s vision of creating positive environmental impacts while fostering economic benefits“, says Thorsten Harke, President of Harke Group.

He furthers, “This collaboration will enable us to broaden the reach of these sustainable products and contribute to reducing waste and CO2 emissions. Together, we are dedicated to advancing sustainable development and promoting the circular economy.”
