Tokyo-based Yokohama Tire (Yokohama) has introduced a new tyre designed for luxury cars, sports cars and American muscle cars – the new all-season Advan Sport A/S+. Each tyre comes with a 55,000-mile limited tread wear warranty and is available in 65 sizes ranging from 16- to 21-inches in rim diameter.
Yokohama’s W- and Y-rated Advan Sport A/S+ offers a significant upgrade in braking and handling in wet/wintry weather over its predecessor, the Advan Sport A/S, due to new silica-rich HS-2 compounds, extra-large outside shoulder blocks and sidewall construction that enhances cornering and responsive handling. Further, the Advan Sport A/S+ ensures a quiet ride with a four-pitch tread variation that reduces road noise and promotes long, even wear.
