China-based global supplier of solid silicone rubber, liquid silicone rubber, silicone oil and curing agent, Tian’an Silicone Tech Co., Ltd., is increasing its production capacities in 2016 to meet more market requirements.
Tian’an Silicone Tech currently carries three production lines of solid silicone rubber, producing 10,000 tonnes per year. The company also has one liquid silicone rubber production line generating 2,000 tonnes per year.
Tian’an Silicone Tech has recorded a production capacity of 10,000 tonnes of solid silicone rubber in 2015. This year, the company has already reached more than half of that number by June, already producing 6,000 tonnes by mid-year. By increasing a new production line and improving their technology, the company expects to produce 15,000 tonnes of solid silicone rubber by the end of 2016, which will boast a productivity increase of 50% compared to their 2015 figures.
One new production line for liquid silicone rubber has also been increase to meet the demands of their partners this year.
