This decision marks the successful completion of the company’s transformation from a holding company for a disparate group of chemical businesses to a focused specialty aqueous polymer producer. As the vast majority of the company’s products now trade under the well-established Synthomer brand, it is appropriate that the company’s name has a much closer association with its operations.
