Ultimate RB, one of the largest and most technically advanced tyre recyclers in the world and a leading manufacturer of recycled rubber products, is expanding its capacity for specialty rolled rubber production by 40% to better meet the needs of its customers.
Ultimate RB is a division of Accella Performance Materials, a leading manufacturer of custom formulated polyurethane systems and recycled rubber products.
A larger manufacturing process and a state-of-the-art cutting machine were included in the new equipment installed at the company’s Delphos, Ohio facility in the US. A modernised addition to the plant was built to accommodate this new equipment. This new capacity is expected to reduce lead times on specialty rolled rubber products.
