Frankfut-based hose maker Flowtech Tristone Group and Indian automotive company Bony Polymers signed a technical license agreement. Under the agreement, Tristone will provide technical support in the production and logistics for fluid applications such as engine cooling water, cooling hoses, PA lines and header tank. Moreover, the agreement includes setting up a joint venture company in India. Bony Polymers has a turnover of EUR55 million and operates four locations in the capital region of New Delhi.
