STATIC sealing specialist FDS Group has acquired Custom Rubber Products, a US-based manufacturer of elastomer, phenolics, and thermoset plastic products for upstream and midstream oilfield and industrial markets.
The acquisition follows FDS’s purchase of Canada-based AGS Group, less than a year ago, adding on to its global network , which includes Flexitallic, SIEM, Novus, Induseal and Sealex. FDS has manufacturing operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.K., France, Germany and China and licensed production partners worldwide.
