IN COGNISANCE of the importance of corporate and social responsibility (CSR), as well as compliance to environmental and international regulations, Toyo Tire & Rubber has adapted two new policies, the Toyo Tires Group Charter of Corporate Behaviour and Toyo Tires Group Code of Conduct, both of which are given top priority adherence.
In the charter, 10 action principles are set for all the companies in the group to follow, whereas the code of conduct has laid out 15 rules of conduct for individuals; also doubling as guidelines for each group company to create its respective code of conduct.
Both documents will be produced in multiple languages.(RJA)
