Rubber additives manufacturer Shandong Cabot Chemical, a subsidiary of US-based Cabot, says it has successfully registered with China’s investment regulatory department, which marks the official implementation of Shandong Cabot Chemical’s first overseas factory construction plan in Cambodia.
Cabot Chemical (Cambodia) Co is located in the Kratie Special Economic Zone on Highway 74, Snu County, Kratie Province, Cambodia. It is currently in the equipment installation and commissioning stage, and some products have been put into production, it adds.
Shandong Cabot Chemical was established in March 2017 and is located in Danxian Chemical Park, Heze City, Shandong Province. It is a domestically-developed rubber additive manufacturer. The company’s products include a wide range of high-quality functional rubber additives such as rubber homogenisers, protective waxes, and pre-dispersed masterbatch particles.
With its excellent quality, it has won the favour of many well-known tyre companies at home and abroad and established a good and stable partnership, the company adds.
The filing and promotion of the Cambodia project will further expand its overseas market, enhance the company’s international competitiveness, and inject new vitality into the global rubber additive industry, it adds.
