ANSELL , a manufacturer of gloves and condoms has recently acquired all the assets of Preferred Surgical Products (PSP) for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of PSP, a developer of technology and products for infection control, is expected to expand Ansell’s perioperative safety offerings. “This (PSP) technology fits well within our SANDEL brand of Healthcare Safety Devices,”said Anthony Lopez, President and General Manager of Ansell Medical Solutions.
