Bluestar Silicones unveils its new Silbione biomedical liquid silicone rubber product line for long-term implant applications of greater than 30 days in the body at the Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) East Conference (Booth #1030), October 29-30, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. “This introduction marks the first next generation of LSR materials offered to the long-term implant market in decades,” says Karen O’Keefe, marketing director for the company’s U.S. healthcare market. “Bluestar Silicones is excited to bring new performance and processing capabilities to this marketplace.
