American tyre manufacturer Goodyear Tire & Rubber (Goodyear) is to provide its Flight Radial tyres for Airbus’ much anticipated new A321XLR aircraft. The Flight Radial tyres are a series of advanced aviation products incorporating Goodyear’s Featherweight Alloy Core Bead Technology and strong tread belts with enhanced rubber for dimensional stability, longer service life and increased cut resistance – the supply to Airbus includes main and noise landing equipment for the fuel-efficient A321XLR fleet.
The selection continues the long-standing relationship and collaboration between Airbus and Goodyear and underscores Goodyear’s commitment to supplying the aviation industry with premium products and services.
