Flexan, a leading global medical device manufacturer of custom, high-precision silicone, rubber, and thermoplastic components has acquired IntroMed, a contract manufacturer of patent protected sheath introducers for use in catheter placements.
The acquisition of IntroMed, a Utah-based company that provides innovative, high quality products and components to medical device OEMs , is anticipated to add on to Flexan’s array of contract manufacturing services, according to Jim Fitzgerald, President & CEO of Flexan.
