Tyre maker, Bridgestone has announced plans of increasing capacity of its Polish subsidiary Bridgestone Stargard Sp. The investment, worth EUR120 million, will increase production by more than 50% in the Stargard truck and bus radial factory. This means that 1,350 tyres per day capacity will be added, bringing total daily capacity to 3,750 tyres. The expansion is expected to be complete during the second half of 2014.
